AENA multa Vueling

A Vueling foi multada em 1 milhão de euros por desrespeitar abusivamente horários partida e chegada.
A multa refere-se a ocorrências nos aeroportos de El Prat (Barcelona) e Valência e resultou de um procedimento da Aeropuertos Españoles y Navegación Aérea (Aena) por “incumprimento do uso de slots".
Por vezes, os bons preços não garantem só felicidade.

Just a short note to descrive my experience with Vueling :
Last Sunday i travel with Vueling to Barcelona for business purphuses, when i arrived to barcelona Vueling lost my entire luggage. Its still lost until today. I was left in Barcelon with only the clothes on my body. I had important business meetings on monday morning that i could not attend because of the lack of appropriate clothing.
I was to fly to Portugal today at 18:30 as i have one important business meeting there at 20:30 in Lisbon. Today i got this email saying that the flight of 18:40 was cancelled and i have to fly at 22:40 ????????. Since this hours are not suitable for me , i called their services that told me that you could do nothing about it. Again a nice proof of their profissionality.
As you can imagine, this will be the last time i will fly with Vueling , also i will share this case with all my collegues and friends. I will also write to as many newspappers i can so that they can inform the most people possible about the way Vueling work. This is not personal , but i find it incredible, how can a airline company work this way….. I will take all the necessary measures so that other passengers would not have to go trought this…..
